Hello i am foreigner lived at kakogawa.. How old are kids can be allowed to join hoikuen? And how much cost every hour? Tell me if anyone of you know about it..

I would try the shiyakusho first. They ought to have oodles of info on stuff like that.

How much of it is in anything other than the local patois, however, is open for debate.

He/she should take a Japanese speaker to help navigate the shiyakusho until
they know there's a go-to person for hoikuen and related child care/related
subsidy matters...
