Depends. What have you got in your pocket?

Declan is leaving / has left / will leave? When? Whence? Has "The
School" gone the way of the passenger pigeon? He could always try out
for the part of headmaster of a new fictional school on "Glee". They
seem to like that.

Now where will I plan to go get boozed up and wander hotels in my undies, but not actually go but once, when I go to Japan?

You could always come to Edo, get pissed in an izakaya close to the Brit
Embassy, strip down and skinny dip in the Imperial Castle moat like two
Brit tourists did this past weekend. Does the Himeji-jo moat have water
in it? Is it clean enough to support fresh mosquito larvae?

Himeji's moat is clean enough to support fresh mosquito larvae, though the local population does all it can to break up the breeding areas by throwing in some garbage. Alas, despite their best efforts, the mosquitoes thrive.
